Agree on required records, delivery location, packaging, transport, unloading, incoming inspection and discrepancy handling.

Is cable available for immediate delivery?
Availability and lead time must be confirmed in the offer and with the supplier for the requested specification. We do not publish stock or fixed lead times without that confirmation.
Can you quote a client-specified brand?
We can review the enquiry and investigate supply. Brand, model and any alternative require the client’s written acceptance before purchase.
Does supply include installation?
You may request supply, installation or a combined package. The proposal identifies inclusions and responsibility for transport, unloading, storage, installation and acceptance.
