Documentation as a deliverable
The closure dossier is part of the scope, not an annex assembled afterwards.
Deviations in writing
Where the tender and the inherited scope diverge, it is raised as a deviation before pricing. It is not assumed.
Honest scope
The availability and contractual status of each resource are evidenced when preparing the proposal. We state only what we can document for the project.
