Method
A pressure-sealed splice is not reopened to correct an allocation error. That is why we define the fibre matrix before the first metre of cable is pulled.

What we get asked before being invited to bid.
What is an OPGW cable and how does it differ from ADSS?
OPGW is the earth wire of a high-voltage line with optical fibre in its core: it performs the electrical protection function against lightning and also carries data. ADSS is a self-supporting dielectric cable installed alongside the line with no electrical function. They are sized and installed differently: OPGW requires verification of short-circuit current, I²t, span tables and shielding angle.
What altitude can your crews work at?
We have accredited operation up to 4,420 metres above sea level, with design parameters of −23 °C, 257 km/h wind and 660 kgf/m² snow load. Altitude constrains crew productivity, the working window and access logistics, and that is reflected in the schedule from the quotation stage.
Do you work as main contractor or as a subcontractor?
Both. We deliver turnkey work with engineering, procurement and installation under a single contract, and we also subcontract for main contractors and EPCs with complete documentary closure. Our corporate structure also allows forming a joint venture where the process requires it.
How quickly can you mobilise a crew?
Within 48 to 72 hours to any province in Argentina. Our operating base is in Rivadavia, San Juan, with logistics support in Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires.
Are you certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001?
We are not certified. We run an Integrated Management System implemented against those three standards, with 22 governance, integrity, HSE, environmental and quality documents signed and approved by the Board on 14 August 2026, and internal audit scheduled for Q4 2026. We prefer to state it precisely.
What documentation do you hand over at project closure?
Measurements and testing according to the work type, as-built drawings and the complete documentary dossier. For fibre: bidirectional OTDR certification per fibre and a per-point fibre allocation matrix. For electrical work: dielectric and continuity testing, earth resistance measurement and as-built single-line diagrams.
Are you registered as a mining supplier?
Yes. We are listed in the Argentine Mining Activity Tax Registry, Category 209 — Suppliers to Mining Companies, under tax ID 30-71864271-6, and in the San Juan state supplier registry (RUPE) under certificate No. 80405.
