From tender documents to documented handover.

Assessment
Initial review of the specification and available information. Any site visit is agreed separately, including scope, availability and terms.

Engineering and take-off
Scope, quantity take-off, reel plan and schedule. Deviations between the tender and inherited scope are raised in writing, not assumed.

Procurement
Supply assessment and coordinated purchasing depend on specification, availability and commercial terms. Brand, model and required approvals are agreed before the order is placed.

Execution
Mobilisation depends on confirmed availability, site access and client requirements. Work permits and safety controls are defined per task.

Certification and closure
Measurements, testing and close-out documentation are agreed in the proposal against scope and acceptance criteria.

What is an OPGW cable and how does it differ from ADSS?
OPGW is the earth wire of a high-voltage line with optical fibre in its core: it performs the electrical protection function against lightning and also carries data. ADSS is a self-supporting dielectric cable installed alongside the line with no electrical function. They are sized and installed differently: OPGW requires verification of short-circuit current, I²t, span tables and shielding angle.
What altitude can your crews work at?
Feasibility is assessed for each site using its altitude, access, environmental conditions and operator requirements. The offer confirms resources, qualifications, logistics and working windows before execution is committed.
Do you work as main contractor or as a subcontractor?
We can assess specialist packages or subcontracts for main contractors and integrators. The contractual role, resources, qualifications and deliverables are confirmed before quotation. An integrated contract or joint venture requires a separate assessment and specific agreements.
How quickly can you mobilise a crew?
Timing is confirmed per project, subject to personnel, equipment, access, permits and logistics. Our operating base is in Rivadavia, San Juan; we assess enquiries from other provinces.
Are you certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001?
3DELECTRO is not certified to ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001. We are organising management documentation and records. For qualification, we confirm the version, approval and validity of each requested document.
What documentation do you hand over at project closure?
Deliverables are defined by contract and acceptance criteria. Depending on scope, they may include fibre measurements, an allocation matrix, as-built drawings and electrical test records. Competent personnel, equipment and applicable calibration are verified before each test is committed.
Are you registered as a mining supplier?
Yes. We are listed in the Argentine Mining Activity Tax Registry, Category 209 — Suppliers to Mining Companies, under tax ID 30-71864271-6, and in the San Juan state supplier registry (RUPE) under certificate No. 80405.
