Privacy and site analytics

What information the website receives, why it is used, and how you can control optional analytics.

Last updated: 8 September 2026. This policy covers the public website at 3delectrosanjuan.com. Contractual portals and client systems may have separate notices.

1. Controller

3DELECTRO SAN JUAN S.R.L., CUIT 30-71864271-6, based in San Juan, Argentina. Privacy enquiries may be sent to comercial@3delectrosanjuan.com.

2. Information you provide

When you use the contact form or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as name, company, contact details, sector, requested service, work location, schedule and project description. Do not send sensitive personal information through the public form.

3. Technical and analytics information

Cloudflare may process technical request data needed to deliver, secure and protect the website. Google Analytics 4 is optional: it is loaded only after you accept site analytics. When enabled, it may record pages viewed, approximate country, device category, traffic source and interaction events. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in this implementation.

4. Purposes

  • Respond to enquiries and assess technical or commercial requests.
  • Operate, secure and diagnose the website and contact channel.
  • Measure which pages and calls to action are useful, only when analytics consent has been granted.
  • Comply with legal, accounting or contractual obligations where applicable.

5. Service providers

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security; Resend for contact-form email delivery; and Google Analytics only when analytics is accepted. These providers may process data in other countries under their own contractual and security frameworks.

6. Cookies and preferences

Theme, language and analytics preference may be stored locally in your browser. Analytics cookies are created only after acceptance. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, applicable business records and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

8. Your requests

You may request access, correction, updating or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements, by writing to the contact address above.

9. Changes

This notice may be updated when the website, providers or measurement configuration changes. The current version and date will remain published on this page.

10. Applications and CVs

Controller: 3DELECTRO SAN JUAN S.R.L., tax ID 30-71864271-6, registered office in Rawson, San Juan, Argentina. Dedicated contact: postulaciones@3delectrosanjuan.com.

Purpose and information: assess your profile for future staffing needs related to company projects and administration. You voluntarily provide your CV, name, locality, contact details, education, experience and availability. We do not request sensitive data, identity documents, exact home address, banking details or other people's data. Omitting these details does not affect assessment.

Consent: sending an application indicates that you have read this notice and consent to this use. You may withdraw consent at any time. Receiving a CV does not guarantee a vacancy, interview, individual response or employment.

Access and providers: initial review is handled by 3DELECTRO management. Information is received through Donweb professional email/Webmail and must only be used for this purpose by people authorised to assess applications. It is not published, sold or added to marketing campaigns. This site has no public CV database or file upload: you send the message from your own email account. Your email provider also processes delivery under its own terms.

Retention: up to six months from receipt, or less if you withdraw consent or the information is no longer needed. At expiry, the email, attachments and working copies must be deleted, unless an applicable legal obligation is disclosed. A new application or authorisation allows retention to be assessed again. Mailbox management is required: deletion is not automated by the website.

Your rights: request access, correction, updates or deletion through the recruitment inbox with the subject “Personal data — request”. If identity verification is needed, only necessary information will be requested through an agreed channel. Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information supervises Law 25,326 and handles data protection enquiries and complaints. Read about your rights at AAIP.
