Fibre optic network maintenance and repair
We assess preventive maintenance, corrective work and link restoration enquiries. Location, impact, available records and access conditions are reviewed before intervention and timing are confirmed.
Scope, resources, qualifications and schedule are confirmed following technical review of the project.

Planned maintenance
Identify inspection points, baseline records, closures, slack storage and documentation requiring updates.
Repair and restoration
Assess diagnosis, access to the affected section, materials, splicing and acceptance measurements. Intervention must be coordinated with the network operator.
Traceable close-out
Agree on before-and-after records, fibre identification, changes, measurements and outstanding items for the operator.

Do you provide a permanent emergency crew or guaranteed arrival?
Operational availability and mobilisation are confirmed case by case. Submitting this form does not activate an emergency crew or guarantee an arrival time. For an active emergency, also contact the network operator through its operational channels.
Can you assess a recurring maintenance agreement?
Yes. We need the network inventory, areas, frequency, tasks, acceptance criteria and required resources. Coverage and availability terms are recorded in the agreement.
How is acceptance agreed?
Before intervention, we define the measurements, records and operator validation needed for acceptance. Results are documented per section and fibre according to the agreed scope.
