Electrical works in the Andes: scope and logistics inputs

Request the site design basis
Temperature, wind, ice or snow and altitude must come from project documentation and its technical review. Values from another project should not be transferred into the current material take-off.
Confirm the operating window
Ask the operator about authorised access, traffic restrictions, permits, working hours and suspension criteria. The schedule should identify conditions that can change it.
Define resources before committing dates
Personnel, equipment, accommodation, transport and supplies are checked against the requested scope and dates. The offer should explain how these dependencies are confirmed.
Finalise materials and compatibility
Review quantities, permitted brands, technical records, packaging and delivery location. Alternatives require the client’s written acceptance before purchase.
Agree on handover records
Define drawings, measurements, change records and acceptance criteria in the offer. The deliverables list helps compare proposals with the same scope.
